LIMITED WARRANTY

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 

Every product purchased from Blue Lynx Online includes One-year Limited Warranty from Blue Lynx. During the one-year period beginning on the invoice date, Blue Lynx will repair or replace the products returned to Blue Lynx's facility. To request Limited Warranty service, you must contact our Customer Technical Support through the 'Contact us' page on our online shopping portal within the limited warranty period. If limited warranty service is required, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must return the products back to our facility in their original or equivalent packaging.

Any warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when purchased on www.bluelynxonline.com. To claim manufacture warranty, you can request the service as mentioned above.

Every Blue Lynx custom-built computer includes One-year Limited Warranty. This warranty is transferable to a new owner, should you resell your computer. You must have your service tag to obtain technical support. The primary method of communication is email. Tech support for operating systems is limited to aspects directly related to hardware functionality. Support for other operating system features must be obtained through other channels. We do not provide technical support for parts purchased from outside our channels. Damage caused during the delivery of the products to you is covered under this limited warranty.

NOTE: Before you deliver the product(s) to Blue Lynx for repair, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or memory cards. Blue Lynx does not accept liability for lost data or software.

 

PARTS REPLACEMENT

 

If a component of a product fails or is found to be defective and is reported while under warranty, Blue Lynx will repair or replace the defective part with new or reconditioned parts at our option. If an exact replacement is no longer available, or if a superior substitute is available, we may install a part that has similar or greater overall performance at our option. If you do not have that knowledge or experience, you should not attempt to swap out a part on your own, as this may cause to void the warranty. Warranty service for all peripherals (monitors, speakers, external equipment etc.) are provided by the manufacturer of the component.

 

RETURN FOR REPAIR

 

Products are generally repaired within 5 business days after we receive delivery. If any replacement parts needed are not in stock, that may add to the total time needed to complete the repair. Our out-of-warranty repairs services carry a 30 day guarantee on our work. New or different symptoms do not apply to this guarantee.

 

ACCESSORIES COVERAGE

 

Accessories purchase do not include technical support, however they are under manufacture warranty for the specified period of time.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Blue Lynx is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, disaster, or abuse of your computers, laptops and tablets. Modifications, over clocking, BIOS or firmware updates, rooting and flashing custom softwares or repairs made to your computers and tablets by anyone other than Blue Lynx will void your warranty if not cleared through a Blue Lynx representative. Most all modifications will be approved, but we need this aspect of control in order to prevent unnecessary damage. Blue Lynx is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in the production or repair of your system.
