If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened item(s) in original condition with the invoice within 3 days for refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept returns on any product that has been modified/damaged. At any time, BLUE LYNX reserves the right to refuse a return or refund.
If the item(s) are in unopened in original condition, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refund policy set out below.
If you wish to return item(s), you must contact our Customer Technical Support through the 'Contact us' page on our online shopping portal or call us to initiate a return. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. Our representative can collect the item(s) from your delivery address for a small fee, if within city limits. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Gift certificates and any item for which you request the inclusion of a personalized message may not be returned.
If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy stated above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the original delivery charges charged to you. However, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us in its original condition. If you wish to avail our pickup service, our representative can pick up the item(s) from you for a small fee equal to the original delivery charge.
If you return the product because you are claiming that it is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective. Defective products returned by you will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charges charged to you and other cost incurred by you in returning the item to us provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided.
Some of our products are fragile. Whilst every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event, we will replace the damaged goods.
