AHSAN REWARDS

Ahsan rewards, our loyalty programme, rewards you for every purchase you make on our online shopping portal. All you need to do is, order/purchase your favourite product(s) from www.bluelynxonline.com. Ahsan reward points are credited automatically to your account with us after 7 days from the date of order delivery. This reward points can be collected over time and redeemed at our shopping website.

SIGNING UP

Every customer who registers on www.bluelynxonline.com is eligible for Ahsan reward points on every purchases. There is no separate signup procedure to be eligible for this loyalty programme. Simply start shopping on our page, the reward points are automatically credited on your account with us as soon as the delivery of the item(s) are complete. 

There is no joining fee to be eligible for Ahsan rewards.

EARNING POINTS

- You can earn Ahsan points on all products available at www.bluelynxonline.com, except from those which are specifically mentioned that Ahsan reward points are not available.

- Each product page shows how much Ahsan reward points you can earn when you buy that product. Your shopping cart also mentions the total Ahsan reward points for all products combined.

- Ahsan reward points are credited to your account with us once the order status changes to 'DELIVERED AND AHSAN POINTS ISSUED'.

- If you return any item for a complete refund, the Ahsan reward points earned will be deducted from your account. 

- You can check your earned Ahsan reward points anytime by logging in to your account with us on 'www.bluelynxonline.com'. 'My Ahsan Rewards' is located in 'My Account'

- All Ahsan Points earned are valid for 24 months. All unused Points over 24 months will expire and shall not be available for redemption.

REDEEM POINTS

- You can redeem your Ahsan points at any time. There is no minimum reward points that you should earn in your account to become eligible for redemption.

- To use a redeemed voucher code, the minimum amount of order in your cart should be QAR 200/-

- To redeem your earned Ahsan points, you should log in to your account and generate a voucher code from 'My Ahsan Rewards'. This voucher code should be entered on the shopping summary of the order against which you would like the redemption. 

- Once a voucher code is generated, it will take 24 hours for the code to be activated. You can use the code only after it is active.

- Ahsan points available for redemption cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Ahsan points once redeemed cannot be used again.

- If the value of the purchase is more than the value of the Ahsan points, the balance amount must be paid using a valid payment method.

- Ahsan points which are not redeemed will remain in your account for a period of 24 months from the time they were earned. Post this time period the points will expire and cannot be re-credited to your account.


We reserve the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the terms at any point of time at our own discretion, which includes the right to withdraw or cancel any or all of the Ahsan reward points issued, refuse to award points, withdraw points, refuse the right to redeem Points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases without prior notice.
